The labor movement has had its share of challenges in the last few years. As an officer of FAIR for many years, I have had the pleasure of negotiating contracts
all over the country.

Our FAIR member's resolve is higher than ever. With a heightened awareness of the labor climate and employer tactics, FAIR members are the vanguard of today's labor movement.
From International Representatives and Organizers, to Local Union Representatives and Office Staff, to Trust Fund Workers, our members understand what it takes to secure an agreement that they can be proud of. There are many contracts around the country still expiring by the end of this year.
FAIR looks forward to the opportunities that lie ahead and will press forward knowing the strength of our members is unquestioned.
