MEMBERS RATIFY NEW 3 YEAR AGREEMENT
International Representatives overwhelming approved a new Collective Bargaining
Agreement on December 9, 2010. The new agreement provides increased wages and improved working conditions as well as increased per diem and other allowances.
“Our hats off to the FAIR bargaining committee for doing a great job. Securing a new agreement with the kind of improvements that were made is no small accomplishment in this economy. When you consider that there was a strike vote taken three years ago, we’ve come a long way”, said FAIR President John Heise.
FAIR’s bargaining committee consisted of Executive Vice President Steve Marrs, Director of International Affairs Nancy Wallace, International Representative Rene Rodriguez, International Representative A.J. Morrissette, and Attorney John Singleton.
