PRESIDENT’S REPORT
PREPARED TO MEET THE
CHALLENGES AHEAD. . .
As we bring in a new year, your Union is bigger, stronger, and ready for what lies ahead.
FAIR is well equipped to meet the demands and challenges of the day-to-day activities of our Union. Negotiating contracts, processing grievances, and organizing are all in a day’s work for your officers and stewards who proudly give up so much of their own personal vacation days, comp days, weekends, and holi-days to do the work of serving our members.
However, there is careful planning and con-sideration given to make sure we are prepared to meet the challenges ahead.
The old saying is very true:
Plan Your Work and
Work Your Plan
Your Union is not at an all time high in membership just because. Plans are set out and carefully monitored to ensure FAIR remains strong and vibrant. We are always looking ahead, planning, strategiz-ing, working our plan.
We forge ahead to the satisfaction of those we serve and the frustration to those who oppose.
This year has been planned out already.
FAIR is excited and prepared for new growth, breaking into new markets, making new alliances, and continuing to provide our members and their families with the security they have come to depend on.
HERE’S TO OUR BEST YEAR YET!
Onward,

JOHN W. HEISE
Proud President of FAIR
