INTERNATIONAL REPORT - Spring 2012
By Nancy Wallace, Vice President and
Director of International Affairs
As we start off 2012, we want to take this opportu-nity to introduce the Shop Stewards and Vice Presi-dents for each region:
| Region 1 | AJ Morrissette, Vice President |
| Region 2 |
Nancy Wallace, Vice President and Director of International Affairs Steve Marrs, Executive Vice President |
| Region 4 | Kevin Salsman, Vice President |
| Region 5 | Jessica Ramirez, Vice President Lois Elbornetti, Shop Steward |
| Region 6 | George Tounou, Shop Steward |
| Region 8 | Brian Iwakiri, Shop Steward |
Every day they are advising and helping the repre-sentatives in their regions on policies and procedures along with enforcing the contract to ensure no repre-sentative is unjustly reprimanded. A big thanks goes out to each of them.
As we move forward with the recent grievance that was filed by FAIR regarding the wage scale for Level 10, your Stewards and Vice Presidents will be kept updated on the progress. Once this matter has been resolved, the contract will be signed and mailed to each member.

ORGANIZE!
Coming into 2012, FAIR continues to emphasize the importance of the growth of our Union. To continue to advance the lives of our members, organizing re-mains a high priority.
As Union people , we know the importance of qual-ity union contracts. FAIR’s enthusiasm and strength to grow translates into better Collective Bargaining Agreements around the Country.
Do your part, pick up the phone and talk to some-one you know about joining FAIR. Together, we can make 2012 another exciting year for the growth of our Union.
I encourage all representatives to please reach out to your Shop Stewards or Vice Presidents if you have any issue in the field. No issue is too small. If we don’t know about it, how can we fix it?
